Join us in Fort Collins for a day retreat centered around connection with other women and your local plants! From 9am - 5pm we will be outside, exploring, laughing, sharing and learning about each other and the wonderful planet we get to share. Our goal is that each woman leaves feeling grounded and empowered to continue exploring her communities.
CONNECTION:
✨Connect with the awesome women in your community who share your passions for going outside and learning about nature.
✨Connect with nature! We will be viewing plants and wildlife on an micro level, learning about the native (and non-native) plants in the area and looking at nature’s intricacies in new ways.
✨Connect with yourself and grow your confidence as a woman in the outdoors. You deserve to feel independent and empowered to explore whatever wild areas you feel drawn to.
Activities include:
Plant ID games and education
2-mile hike on relatively flat terrain
Picnic Lunch
Time to explore and play in the river
Guided Meditation / Journaling
